o Title of the Job: Customer Support Executive for AWOK
o Brief description of the job:
• Inbound campaign – CSE will be getting calls from the customers and will handle them accordingly for Orders Placements/ Queries/ Delivery Complaints etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

o Working Hours: 9am-5pm / 10am – 6pm / 2pm – 10pm
o No. of Vacancies: 10
o Requirements (Education): Bachelors qualified
o Skills & Abilities:
• Must be fluent in Communication [English - Oral/ Written]
• Good command over MS Office.
• Knowledge of Call center Operations.
• Flexible to work in rotation shifts.
o Age limit: 20 to 30
