Designation Assistant Manager / Manager Corporate Sales
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
• Target and develop new business opportunities by selling net based recruitment solutions in addition to generating business from existing clients in designated area..
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with senior people in human resources department and other relevant departments in client organization.
• Knowledge of selling products and processes.
• Having the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market.
• Will be required to do sales forecasting with minimum variance.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Desired Profile Skill Sets required
• 2 - 5 Yrs. of experience in Corporate Sales.
• Should have consistently achieved targets in previous assignments.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills and
• Must be following time management, persuasive, innovative,
lateral thinking, organizer and an initiator.
Education Full time MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School
Experience 2 - 5 Years
