Personal Assistant to Managing Director and CEO – Female only
We are looking for a superstar and good looking female PA to be based at our Lahore Office on Top Level Multinational Company who will be involved across all aspects of our business, with the primary objective to provide effective administrative support and back up to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:

-- Maintaining Calendar, arranging scheduled for the directors on day to day basis and monthly basis with.
-- Travel desk Management for Director's & over all group of companies.
--To Maintain up to date file records with all the documents and data which is used or been used by the Directors.
--To conduct research & analyses for directors for different products, companies and departments.
-- Receiving mails, Answering calls, Coordination from all the Clients, customers, senior & middle level departments.
--To get timely approvals and signatures on different reports and documents from directors.
-- Help to Prepare Presentation, Reports, Schedules, detailing Agenda for the meeting, and Minutes for the meeting and follow up on the same to help the director etc.
-- Arranging meeting on Skype, Video conferencing, Conference calls etc.--To perform data crunching of each and every data on directors behalf to provide best and clear outcome of the particular data.
-- To Arrange, Co-ordinate & Organize, Events, Functions & Directors meet for the Company & for the sister concern company.
--To be supervisor on behalf of director for different departments and staff.
--To maintain all the work in highly sensitive and confidential approach

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications/Skills:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant preferably with a medical background•
• Attention to detail and willingness to handle responsibilities regardless how big or small •
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)•
• Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, & Outlook
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
